I don’t remember my Vault password and I need you to disable/reset it. What can I do?

Resetting your Vault is a very sensitive process, therefore can’t be done manually and needs to go through our support team. We would kindly request you to open a support ticket, providing adequate information proving that the account belongs to you (e.g. Receipt of service purchase or email of first registration if you are not a VIP member)
